We are committed and promise to:
1. Increase activities related to preservation, conservation and promotion of ethnic cultural arts in order to encourage cultural development among the people of Sabah.
2. Provide occasional cultural arts training by focusing on Sabah’s ethnic culture.
3. Promote Sabah local product.
4. Collaborate with cultural organization in organizing cultural activities in Sabah.
5. Process applications, inquiries and providing feedback to customers within 7 days after complaint received.
